What does “print on demand” mean?

When you place an order, that exact item is made for you in a partner production facility, then shipped directly to you. No warehouses, no stockouts, no overproduction.

Why does it take longer than typical e-commerce?

Production is the extra step. Plan on 5–10 business days total to your door for most US orders.

Where are products made?

Our partner facilities are based in the US, with select items produced in the EU and UK for international orders.

Are the products good quality?

Yes. We use established print-on-demand suppliers (Printify, Printful, Monster Digital, District Photo, SwiftPOD) on industry-standard apparel blanks (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Independent Trading, Yupoong).

Can I cancel or change my order?

Within 4 hours of placement, yes. After that, your item has entered production and can’t be canceled or changed.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted only for defects, print errors, damage in transit, or wrong items shipped — not for buyer’s remorse or sizing changes.

Will the print fade?

Not if you wash it cold, inside out, with mild detergent, and dry on low.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 100+ countries. International transit adds 8–20 business days after production.
