We want getting and returning your order to be as effortless as wearing it.

Orders placed before 12pm CST Monday–Friday ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We don’t ask questions — if it’s not right, send it back.
How to return
- Email returns@jpzenwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop the package at any UPS location.
- Refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, email us and we’ll reserve the new size while your return is in transit. If the new size ships before we receive your return, we’ll place a hold on your card for the value — released when the original arrives back.
Care Instructions
Linen — Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. Iron while slightly damp if desired — or don’t. Linen is meant to breathe.
Cotton — Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Our garment-washed cottons will not shrink further after the first wash.
Merino wool — Hand wash cold or machine wash on wool cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
TENCEL — Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Low iron if needed.
